Using your favorite brownie mix or recipe, fit a 9x13 pan with parchment, let the parchment go up all the sides so that you can remove the brownie easily. Slice the brownie to create two thinner brownie slices. Remove the top one, and place the parchment and brownie bottom back into the pan. Fill with a layer of softened RazorTracks ice cream. Place top of brownie back on and press down. Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours; overnight is best. After frozen solid, pull parchment and brownie out. Use a football-shaped cutter to cut brownie sandwiches. Roll edges of the ice cream in chocolate sprinkles. Use melted white chocolate to draw stitching like a football! 

But don’t throw away those scraps! Take all the leftover pieces and place into individual containers. Melt peanut butter in the microwave, and pour in and around the ice cream brownie chunks. Place lids onto containers to create individual ice cream parfaits. Take containers and line up in the 9x13 cake pan and fill the empty space around them with water. Place in freezer. Once frozen, you have a ready-to-go, tailgate-friendly dessert holder. Just place the whole thing into your cooler for melt-free ice cream!
