One of the largest distributors of frozen desserts seeks experienced route support people in the
Camden Arkansas area. Works closely with the Branch Manager and RSR's to manages a rolling inventory,
delivers, merchandises, and invoices wholesale and retail outlets with various frozen desserts and
other frozen food items in the area served. Assists in growing business wherever possible within
that area and through contacts. Achieves the annual sales goals for his route, while assuring quality
service and keeping expenses to a minimum.

Requires good physical condition, must be able to lift 40# packages of frozen desserts 50-100
times per day. Must be able to push a 2-wheeler dolly or rolling cart with 200# of packaged
frozen desserts. Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch and pull up to 250 times per day. Must
be able to climb in and out of the cab and refrigerated compartment of the truck at a height of
up to 24 inches per step up to 250 times per day. Good driving record (CDL preferred), and
excellent communication skills. Knowledge of grocery industry a plus.
